From the first day I met Kalisha she was the brightest star. When I started working at RAPP she help me acclimate into the new ways of working at this organization.

What was also amazing was shortly after I left RAPP Kalisha ended up working with my husband, who got to see what I was talking aboutโ€ฆ her positive energy.

My heart is broken and I could only imagine what her loved ones are feeling. Please know I am thinking about all of you.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Kalisha's passing. I had the privilege of meeting her nearly 30 years ago through a mutual friend, and we quickly became great friends, sharing countless experiences and laughs. Kalisha had a warm and infectious smile that could light up any room, and her positive outlook on life was truly inspiring.

Although we had been out of touch in recent years, Iโ€™m heartened to see that the same energy and leadership she used to wrangle our group of friends for adventures back in the day became qualities so admired by her coworkers. That comes as no surprise to me.

My heartfelt condolences go out to Kalisha's family. I feel truly blessed to have had her in my life and will always treasure the memories we shared.

Kalisha was a truly radiant being and torch bearer of positivity. We began working at RAPP on the same day in 2011. As I sat in the morning group orientation counting the minutes until we would break for a jolt of caffeine, Kalisha introduced herself with energy that I found unnatural for 9 oโ€™clock in the morning. Over the 9 years we worked together, I had the privilege of getting to see that enthusiasm and work ethic in action, as well as her warmth, kindness and sense of humor. I also got to learn about her love of travel, all things Jamaica and family, and enjoyed spending time with her sister Jennifer and niece Tatum at family office events. In the difficult days to follow, I hope the knowledge that Kalisha left a lasting positive impression on so many others brings comfort to those who knew her best. May her memory be a blessing.

My memories of Kalisha are of a preeminent Project Manager who wrangeled our clients comments and sometimes demand into a concise and understandable whole. But that was the business side of a warm and personable talent. She was easily one of the Best people to work with and I still remember her as the single person to believe in my Motion design work and forged that opportunity for me. She didnโ€™t set-up a steel gate, and a ton of requirements. She just wanted to seethe work, and that was that.โ€จโ€จ

When she left RAPP it hurt. Little did I know that wasnโ€™t anything compared to her leaving the world. You are missed Alisha!

โ€œGrief is like the ocean; it comes on waves ebbing and flowing. Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes it is overwhelming. All we can do is learn to swim.โ€

With Richโ€™s trembling voice, every word of the news hit me harder and harder. Didnโ€™t I just see Kalisha on a call the other day? We went over some timelines and she shared that she just went to a cool concert, and her niece popped in to say hi to all of us.

Kalisha embodies the true spirit of team work. Even under the most stressful times, Kalisha was always smiling, always there to listen, to troubleshoot, and to support the team. She approaches her work with such thoughtfulness and lightheartedness. I am honored to have worked with her day in and day out starting at the beginning of the CIDP team, through the CIDP launch, and beyond. I will miss you deeply, Kalisha.

With love and condolences,
Qiuling

This news comes as a shock. Iโ€™m deeply saddened to hear about Kalishaโ€™s passing. We worked together over 10 years ago at TV One, and she left a lasting impression on me. Kalisha was one of the kindest and most genuine people Iโ€™ve ever had the privilege of knowing; a truly beautiful soul, inside and out. I will always remember her smile that could light up any room!

My heartfelt condolences go out to her family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time. Kalisha, may you rest in eternal peace and continue to shine your light from above.

I am here and was stunned to learn of Kalisha having passed. I met Kalisha when she agreed to support me in my role as CEO at RAPP New York in 2017. She was the biggest help to me. But it was clear her ambition and ability was bigger and she moved into Project Management. She was always there to help others. She had the best energy in the office. Being of Jamaican parents too, I remember speaking about our respective families in Florida and visits back to Jamaica. She loved her family so deeply and would speak of her niece with an almost parental love. I was new to living in NYC (coming from London by way of Brussels) and she helped me settle in straight away. I would like to send my deepest condolences to her family. And my strongest prayer to Kalisha - so that she is at peace. Sending huge love to all of her family and to you too Kalisha. Much love to you xxx

I am truly honored that I had the chance to work closely with Kalisha as our teams at work merged together. She always had a smile on her face that made you smile right back at her, no matter what mood you were in. She was a true leader and role model who I looked up to and learned so much from. She was incredibly supportive and always pushed me to put my best foot forward. Her presence, her voice, and her beautiful personality on each and every call and in the office will be incredibly missed. I hope she knew how loved and valued she was and still is.
My deepest condolences to her friends and family.
Kalisha, we miss you and will keep you in our hearts forever.

Kalisha is everything one wants in a coworker - a bright light, kind and driven. Remote work is strange in that you only know each other in small boxes on a screen in the same position, day after day, so that sometimes when you meet in person, you are unrecognizable. When I first met Kalisha at m+a's holiday party last year, I was touched when she immediately recognized me and pulled me into a hug. Her energy radiated.

I am devastated by the shocking news both for us, and especially for her friends and family who loved her immensely. I am wishing you comfort and healing. We miss her already.

I have not known Kalisha long but had the pleasure of getting to meet her during a dinner in May of this year when I flew to New York for an office visit. Kalisha was so welcoming, kind and most of all, had a great sense of humor. We shared a great meal, drinks and a night of laughter and stories; it is such a great memory for me.

We went on to work together quite closely this year and ended up being a great mentor to me. She was driven, passionate, positive and always wanted better for herself and others. I am deeply saddened and haunted by the news of her passing this week and am not the most eloquent writer so I would like to share a poem with you all that echoes my sentiment that Kalisha's legacy will live on in the minds and hearts of her friends and loved ones. We will miss her dearly

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.

With love and all my condolences,
Juliet

I met Kalisha almost 30 years ago through a close friend of mine. Almost instantly she became apart of our little crew. Kalisha was the level headed one, always taking charge and just an amazing person. Weโ€™ve spent many nights laughing over dinner at one of our get togethers, what should have been a quick meal ended up in many hours of laughter and great convo. Though I havenโ€™t seen kalisha in many years our friendship will forever be etched in my heart. Iโ€™m thankful to have met her, and will always hear her infectious laugh in my head. She will be greatly missed and forever loved. To her family, I pray for your hearts during this time. And thank you for sharing her with those of us whoโ€™ve gotten to witness the amazing woman and friend that she was.

Kiki and I became friends during our time at RAPP. Professionally, she was incredibly motivated, eager to learn, and always focused on fostering growth in everything she pursued. Personally, I admired her zest for life, her deep love for her family, and the graceful way she approached lifeโ€™s challenges. Kalisha had a knack for subtle humor that was anything but subtleโ€”it always left everyone laughing. She was a true fashionista, always ahead of the curve with the latest trends, wearing them effortlessly. Most importantly, Kalisha had a heart full of love and a genuine passion for spreading it to others. I loved experiencing her love for her family through her eyes. Her nieces dance recitals and family trips- she always beamed when she shared updates.

Her absence leaves an immeasurable void, and she will be deeply missed. I know she would be touched to see us all come together in this way to honor and celebrate the beautiful life she lived.

Love and miss you, Kiki.

From the moment I met Kalisha, I knew I would end up loving her. We developed a relationship around our product launch, but in that time I found a friend, a partner and a source of comfort and grounding. Her light brightened my day, so I always looked forward to talking with her. She was filled with grace, and that's what she brought to everything. She didn't let the darkness bring her down, and instead helped lift people up. Her voice parted the clouds for me when things were intense. I'll never forget that. And her love for concerts, travel, her nieces, yearly trips to Florida. How many time did she go to Vegas this year? I'll be drinking a tall glass or orange juice in her honor.
